Conservation Agriculture (FAO) I was instrumental in developing this website for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 2005. It has, of course, been updated and improved since that date. It provides a comprehensive introduction to conservation agriculture and is available in English, French and Spanish.

Restoring Soils for Future Food Supply The Elterwater Challenge to the British Government. This Challenge was made in the form of an open letter to the incoming UK government in 2010 and was the fruit of deliberations amongst an eclectic group (including me) of conservation agriculture practitioners and promoters in Elterwater in the UK.

The African Conservation Tillage Network (ACT) The African Conservation Tillage Network is a pan-African organisation which aims to bring together stakeholders and players who are dedicated to improving agricultural productivity in Africa through the sustainable utilisation of land and water.

FAO: Sustainable Agricultural mechanization. FAO's website giving a definition of SAM and current development activities to promote its implementation, especially in sub-Saharan Africa.
